RAY COUNTY, Mo. – A Richmond woman facing charges of enticement of a minor pleaded not guilty yesterday in the Ray County Court.

Patricia Smith, 35, appeared in the Ray County Courthouse at 10:30 a.m. for a preliminary hearing. Smith waived the reading of information and entered a not guilty plea. The case has been transferred to the Division III Court in Jackson County.

These charges stem from a January incident where Smith and her boyfriend, Danny DeClue, 32, were arrested for sending sexual messages to a 14-year-old girl via Facebook.

An initial arraignment will take place on July 5, 2017 at 9 a.m.
