Richmond Woman Scheduled to Appear in Court

A Richmond resident will appear in a Ray County court room Tuesday afternoon.  Ashley Berry, 29, is facing charges of possession with intent to distribute, endangering the welfare of a child, and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.  Berry appeared before a judge last week and acknowledged drug use.  Her bond appearance hearing is scheduled to begin at 1:00 p.m.
