Saline Co. Warrant Issued for Iowa Resident
A Saline County judge issued a warrant for a Jefferson, Iowa resident on Friday. Leslie Ritter, 16, has been charged with receiving stolen property and possession of a controlled substance. Her bond is set at $10,000.
