Saline County drug case moves to higher court

SALINE COUNTY, Mo. –¬†An Independence man was bound over to circuit court, after waiving his preliminary hearing in Saline County Wednesday morning.

Aaron Michael Lampe, 31, is charged with felony drug trafficking in the first degree, three counts of possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a weapon and misdemeanor unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia as a prior offender. Lampe was arrested during a traffic stop by the Missouri Highway Patrol on July 31st.

Arraignment in Division Four Circuit Court is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on September 10, 2018.
