Saturday Pettis County Arrests

From the start the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office and the Sedalia Police department had a busy Saturday. Just after midnight Officers arrested 29-year-old Joshua Smith for two counts of third degree domestic assault. His bond was set at 25-hundred dollars.

Later on, just before five p.m. officers arrested 17-year-old Chad Marcum for possession with intent along with possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed on a 24 hour hold.

Another drug bust came after five p.m. when police arrested 24-year-old Christopher Terry. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia as well as possession with intent. Terry was placed on a 24-hour hold.
