Kenneth Suttner

A Howard County Coroner has been ordered to turn over documents relating to an inquest into the death of Kenneth Suttner.

The School district of Glasgow believes the transcript should be made public and attempted to obtain the records, but was denied by the coroner’s office. That office filed an appeal Monday, after an order to turn over documentation of the inquest.

Kenneth Suttner died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. A manager at Suttner’s place of work, was charged with involuntary manslaughter in his death. The Glasgow School district was also found to be “negligent in preventing bullying.”
