Search warrant turns up 5 suspects in Warrensburg, drug and weapon charges follow

WARRENSBURG, Mo.-¬†Five total were arrested yesterday after a joint task force, involving the Johnson County Sheriff’s and Warrensburg Police Department, executed a search warrant on a residence.

During the search of the residence police detectives discovered over $21,000 dollars, several firearms, and a large undisclosed amount of marijuana with packing materials.

The press release on the Johnson County Sheriff’s Facebook page indicated John Stackle was taken into custody for possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance and unlawful use of a weapon.

Four other people were also arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and/or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stackle remains in custody at the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office on a $4,500 bond.
