One item the City Council of Sedalia will discuss is the establishment of a self-service refueling station for small aircraft at the airport. City Administrator Gary Edwards says after the $60,000 system is paid for, it will be a source of revenue. “After the lease is up, we pay one dollar and then we own the system. We anticipate it will more than pay for itself, because of the increase in fuel sales,” Edwards said.

Council will also discuss traffic restrictions during the state fair near the grounds as well as an agreement for a bridge inspection in the north part of town. The meeting starts at 7 p.m. inside council chambers.
