Sedalia Man Appears in Pettis County Court

A Sedalia man appeared before a Pettis County judge this week on numerous charges. Malcolm Briscoe, 22, is facing one count each of making a terrorist threat, domestic assault, and burglary.  He entered a plea of not guilty and the causes were continued by agreement to March 4th.

Briscoe is also accused of violating a protection order in a separate case.  He will appear for a hearing on that charge on the 11th of April.
