Sedalia Man Found Guilty by Jury

A Sedalia man will be back in Pettis County Court next month to hear his sentence after being found guilty by jurors of one count of receiving stolen property.

Jeremy Futscher, 33, was charged in May following an arrest made in November of 2011 after a police search of his residence returned several stolen goods.

Futscher will go before Judge Paul Beard at 3:30 p.m. Monday, October 7th for a sentencing hearing.
