Sedalia man wanted for assault near ‘No Limits Bar’ in April

PETTIS COUNTY, Mo. — A man accused of assaulting another person outside a bar in Sedalia is being sought by law enforcement in Pettis County.

A probable cause statement filed Thursday in Pettis County indicates that Roy L. Vickers, 37, of Sedalia was observed on closed-circuit television footage attacking another man outside the No Limits Bar in Sedalia April 18.

According to prosecutors, the victim suffered serious injuries and was flown by air ambulance to University Hospital Trauma Center to receive care for his injuries.

Vickers is facing a single felony count for first degree assault, causing serious physical injury.

He is currently out of custody, however police have issued a warrant for his arrest, which carries a $25,000 cash only bond.
