Sedalia Reveals New Collection

Residents view the new display of former Sedalia Mayors.

The City Clerk worked for several months and has currently located images of all but ten.  During their regular meeting, a new councilperson was approved.  After Ward One Councilperson Tony Arbisi resigned in July, the seat was open.  Jo Lynn Turley will hold the seat until April of 2013.  Council also heard from the City Library Director about some structural problems the library has had in one corner.  The city will help with the cost of the repairs, which is estimated at about $50,000, but it is not yet clear what funding options they will use.
