Sedalia Trial Sees Continued Delays

The murder trial of a Sedalia man has once again been delayed.  Jamauhle Brown, 31, is accused in the 2010 death of Michael Smith.  He also faces charges of armed criminal action, burglary, tampering with evidence, unlawful possession of a firearm, and felonies committed to promote criminal conduct by gang members.

A hearing in the case will be held February 4th.  The jury trial has not yet been rescheduled.

Brown remains in custody at a Jefferson City Correctional Facility.
