Sen. Pearce Receives Mizzou Award

The Mizzou Alumni Association handed out their Geyer Awards this past week in recognition of work by public officials and citizens who make a positive impact on higher education and the University of Missouri. Senator David Pearce a Mizzou Alumni and Chair of the Senate Education Committee was one of this year’s recipients and says this award is special in many ways.

Senator Pearce received his Bachelor of Science degree in agricultural journalism from MU and represents District 21 in the Missouri Senate.
