Sen. Pearce Talks Budget

This past week the Missouri Senate’s general version of the fiscal year 2013-14 Budget was approved and now certain items will be discussed in conference Monday. Senator David Pearce says state employees will get a raise and there will be a drawback on travel expense allowances, but there is a budget increase for an important department.

Also a discussion will focus on whether or not to defund or fully fund the Department of Revenue related to the sharing of personal information with federal authorities scandal.
