Sentencing for Oak Grove Man

An Oak Grove resident will be sentenced in a Lafayette County court room Monday afternoon.  Johnathan Davis, 33, has admitted to attempting to enter a home in the western portion of Lafayette County in July of 2012.  Proceedings for Davis will get underway at 3 p.m.

His co-defendant Louis Jones, 32, of Independence entered a not-guilty plea and is scheduled to be arraigned on the first of April.
