Serious Injuries for Tina Resident

A Tina resident was injured in a one-vehicle crash Sunday morning in Livingston County.

The highway patrol reports Clinton Brown, 23, was northbound on Route H north of Hale when he failed negotiate a turn.  He traveled off of the road and overturned. Brown was not wearing a seat belt and suffered serious injuries.

He was flown to Liberty Hospital.  Brown is now facing a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated.
