Recent pipe inspections are one of the first items under new business.  Holmes said the process has revealed problems that now need attention. “We found a couple of collapsed sewer lines,” said Holmes,” These are some fairly major issues and we need to address them as quickly as possible.  One of them is off Russel Street near the old 1912 building and the other is on Wells Street.”

The Odessa water tower is also on the agenda for Monday evening.  According to Holmes, its in need of routine repairs. “We’re looking at entering into a maintenance agreement with a company that does this kind of work,” said Holmes,” We just want to keep the tower clean and running at peak efficiency.”

Other items making up the schedule include reports from various departments and appearances from Laura Sanders and Michelle Stilwell.  Sanders will lead a discussion regarding the 1912 Building, while Stilwell is expected to make a request on behalf of the Cub Scout Day Camp.

The meeting is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. in the Dyer Park Community Building.
