Sex Crimes Focus of Hearing

A Marshall man will be in Lafayette County court Monday morning for a case hearing.

Anthony Rieth, 35, is accused of felony child enticement, sexual misconduct with a child under the age of 15, and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

Reith was taken into custody after a warrant was issued in April. He is currently detained in the Lafayette County Jail on $50,000 cash-only bond.

His appearance is slated for 11 a.m.
