A Richmond man will appear in a Ray County Courtroom Tuesday morning.

Landon Walker, 20, is accused of a May shooting in the 800 block of Lexington Street.  Prosecutors charged Walker with felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, three misdemeanor counts of assault, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia, and leaving the scene of a shooting and motor vehicle accident.

At a hearing in June, Walker’s bond was reduced to ten percent of the original $20,000 cash amount.

Walker will go before Judge James Thompson for a pre-emptory docket hearing at 9:30 a.m.
