Shooting murder solved in Pettis County

SEDALIA, MO – The murder of a Windsor man last year in August, was solved Tuesday.

The Pettis County Court obtained a guilty plea from 31 year old Ronald Cage in the murder of Leon Hinckley, 28, who was shot to death outside Sedalia. Cage pleaded guilty to second degree murder, robbery, armed criminal action, and unlawful possession of a firearm.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled for November 8, 2018.
