Solicitor ID Card Issued

A Solicitor Identification Card was issued Thursday by the Excelsior Springs Police Department.  Roger Lund will be in compliance with the city’s peddler and solicitor ordinance through the 28th of September.  He will be going door-to-door in the town selling medicare insurance options.
