DETROIT (AP) — Newly released investigative reports show a Northern Michigan soccer player who drowned during a team workout in November had epilepsy and needed medication to avoid seizures. Police reports and other documents show 18-year-old Arianna Alioto of Columbia, Mo., may have had a seizure as recently as last summer. The medical examiner’s office ruled Alioto’s death an accidental drowning.
