ST. LOUIS (AP) — Lance Lynn pitched six-plus shutout innings last night to lead the St. Louis Cardinals to a 5-0 win over the Houston Astros. David Freese and Yadier Molina each hit their 20th home run of the season. The Cardinals have five players with at least 20 homers for the first time in franchise history. The Chiefs were planning to practice in pads yesterday, but coach Romeo Crennel said he would push that back a day to give injured players an extra day to heal. The Chiefs visit the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
