St. Joseph Residents Injured in Crash

A crash near Gallatin Wednesday afternoon left two St. Joseph residents with serious injuries.  The Highway Patrol reports Teklit Weldeabzgi, 27, was westbound on route 6 when attempted to pass a tractor-trailer in a no-passing zone, had to move back to his lane, an overcorrected, causing the car to overturn.  Weldeabzgi and his passenger, Tedla Tesfameskel, 30, were transported to Truman medical Center by helicopter.
