Stepmother of Deceased Child to Appear in Court

One parent of a four-year-old who died in October will appear in court Wednesday afternoon.  Lucas Webb was rushed to a hospital in October.  His death was later determined to be due to “blunt force trauma.”  Melissa Webb, 32, and Justin Webb, 34, have both been charged with murder and felony child abuse in Clinton County.  Melissa Webb is scheduled for a hearing at 1:30 p.m.  Justin Webb will next appear for a preliminary hearing in March.
