Stretch-Davis Case Continued

Two Breckenridge residents charged with receiving stolen property and vandalizing a private cemetery appeared in a Caldwell County Courtroom Monday.

Sean Stretch, 24, and Joseph Davis, 23, were arrested in October after authorities found more than 60 bronze vases in the trunk of their car.  Stretch was in court at 9 a.m. and requested a continuance which was granted and set for February 4th at 9 a.m. Davis appeared Monday afternoon and was also granted a continuance to February 4th at 1:30 p.m

Davis’ attorney also requested a bond reduction which was denied. Both men remain incarcerated.
