Summer Food Program Needs Help

The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services is asking organizations throughout Missouri for help in feeding children during the summer. Director of Communications for the DHSS Gena Terlizzi says the Summer Food Service Program is vital for thousands of students.

Organizations eligible to participate in the program include schools, faith-based organizations, camps, private non-profits as well as local governments. If your organization would be interested in helping you can find more information here. You may also call 1-888-435-1464.
