Suspect in Odessa break-in to be scheduled for trial

LEXINGTON, MO – A trial setting has yet to occur in the case of a residential burglary in Odessa.

The defendant, Nick Cuezze, is alleged to have set off an intruder alarm at an Odessa residence, before leading police on a vehicle chase that led to his arrest. He is charged with burglary, theft or stealing, property damage, tampering with a motor vehicle, and resisting arrest. The plea or trial setting was set for this afternoon at 3 p.m.
