Suspects accused of impaired driving death back in court

CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — The arraignment of a Gallatin man accused in the death of a Chillicothe woman remains scheduled for Tuesday morning.

Court records indicate Shawn Yuille, 23 is charged in Livingston County with second degree murder in the death of Dannette Rardon, 39 in Chillicothe during a vehicle crash in November 2017.

Yuille and a passenger, Jeremy Osburn, 22 were allegedly high on drugs during the crash.

Additionally, they are each charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Yuille’s case comes before the court at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Osburn is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
