Theft, Pot Arrest in Sedalia

Pettis County deputies arrested a Sedalia resident early Tuesday morning on a two separate charges. According to the report, 49-year-old Garland Neil Louvier into custody in the 200 block of West 10th for alleged possession of marijuana and one count of theft/stealing. Louvier was placed in the Pettis County Jail on a $3500 bond.
