Three Arrested at Warrensburg Home

A raid on a home in the 400 block of Broad Street in Warrensburg Thursday night netted three arrests.  According to a police report, officers seized approximately three ounces of marijuana, a digital scale, numerous pipes, drug paraphernalia, and several stolen street signs.  James Swantner and Craig Whitman, both 22 and from Warrensburg, were taken into custody on drug-possession and paraphernalia charges.  Kelly Gleason, 32, of Knob Noster, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Formal charges had not been filed at the time of this report.

On Thursday June 20, 2013 at approximately 10:40 pm the Warrensburg Police Department executed a search warrant at 428 Broad Street in Warrensburg with the assistance of the Warrensburg SERT team and troopers with  Missouri State Highway Patrol. Detectives seized approximately 3 ounces of marijuana, a digital scale, numerous marijuana pipes,  drug paraphernalia, and several  stolen street signs from the residence. Officers arrested James T. Swantner, age 22, for Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Craig J. Whitman, age 22,  for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; and Kelly F. Gleason, age 32,  for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Swantner and Whitman both reside at 428 Broad Street and Gleason resides in Knob Noster.
