Three Cases on Late Morning Docket

Three separate cases are scheduled for late Thursday morning in Carroll County including a case that originated in Ray County.

One of the individuals charged in connection to a Carrollton break-in and house fire will be in court for a probation violation hearing. Alex Beech, 18, entered a guilty plea in June to one count of arson. He was sentenced to five years’ probation. But in August an order for probation revocation was made after an unknown violation according to online court records. Beech is scheduled for a 10:30 a.m. appearance.

Also at 10:30 a Carrollton teen that entered a guilty plea in March to one count of stealing and one count of burglary was also given five years’ of probation. However an undisclosed traffic violation in August has Shane Summers, 17, back in Carroll County for a probation violation hearing.

At 11 a.m. a Corder man is scheduled for a pre-trial conference after being charged in Ray County back in July with forcible rape and forcible sodomy. Joshua Clevenger, 25, was moved to Carroll County for his case. He is scheduled for a jury trial on October 7th.
