Three Injured in Livingston Co. D.W.I. Wreck

Three Chillicothe men were injured in a one vehicle crash in Livingston County Saturday night. The highway patrol reports that 22-year-old Michael Lent was driving at a high rate of speed on eastbound 36 at Utica when he lost control and the vehicle went off the roadway and  into a ditch.

Lent and his passengers, 21-year-old Jesse Marshall and 21-year-old Richard Stimpson suffered moderate injuries. All three were transported to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment.

After the investigation Highway Patrol officers charged Michael Lent with second degree assault, DWI, prior offender and driving while revoked; he was released to the care of the hospital.
