North Central Missouri College in Trenton has cancelled afternoon and evening classes. Their offices are also closed.
State Fair Community College in Sedalia closed at 9:30 a.m.
Senior Centers:
Brookfield Senior Center is closed.
Carroll County Senior Center is closed. There will be no home delivered meals.
Concordia, Higginsville, Margaret Gray, and Odessa Senior Centers are closed and there will be no home delivered meals.
Ray County Senior Center will be closed Thursday. There will be no home delivered meals.
Salisbury Senior Center is closed and they will not have home delivered meals.
Health Centers:
Caldwell County Health Department closed today.
Carroll County Health Department is closed.
Chariton County Health Department is closed.
The Lafayette County Health Department will be closed Thursday.
Linn County Health Department is closed.
Livingston County Health Center will be closed Thrusday. The Immunization Clinic from 7 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. has been cancelled, as well as the afternoon Diabetes Class from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Brookfield FFA breakfast and barn warming on Friday has been cancelled.
Brunswick -
The Brunswick Food Pantry (Chariton County Cupboard) distribution has been postponed to March 1. Distribution time is 8 a.m. to noon.
Carrollton -
The Carrollton License Bureau is closed.
Carrollton City Hall and Municipal Utilities are closed.
Carroll County Courthouse will close at 10:00 a.m. and will re-open with a delayed start on Friday at 10:00 a.m.
The University Extension in Carroll County has postponed their annual meeting to Thursday, Feb. 28.
Grief Support Group meeting for Thursday at 5:30 p.m. has been cancelled.
Concordia -
Municipal court has been cancelled for Thursday. The next court date will be March 21 at 9:00 a.m.
Concordia FFA on Friday has been rescheduled for March 1st.
Concordia City Offices are closed.
Chillicothe -
OATS Buses will not run today.
Chillicothe Shrine Club’s meeting and dinner on Thursday has been cancelled.
Grand River Multi-Purpose Center is closed Thursday.
Chillicothe Cub Scout Pack 120′s Blue and Gold Banquet scheduled for Thursday, February 21st has been postponed until Thursday, February 28th.
House of Prayer Rescue Mission in Chillicothe will not have meals on Thursday.
The Livingston County Courthouse is closed.
The Livingston County Library is closed.
Young Farmers meeting in Chillicothe has been cancelled.

Lexington -
The Lexington Group of Alcoholics Anonymous will not meet.
The Lexington Career Center is closed Thursday. Residents are being asked to call ahead on Friday.
The Lexington License Office is closed.
Lafayette County Commission Office will close at 10:00 a.m.
Marshall -
The City of Marshall has suspended all trash service until further notice.
Richmond -
Ideal Industries in Richmond will be closed.
The Ray County Library in Richmond is closed.
The Richmond License Office is closed.
The Richmond Relay for Life event has been postponed to Feb. 23.
Ward 4 trash pick-up has been cancelled for Thursday. Trash will be picked up on Friday, weather permitting.
Wellington-Napoleon -
The Wellington-Napolean FFA Breakfast scheduled for Thursday has been postponed until Tuesday, February 26th from 6:30 to 8:00 a.m.
St. Luke’s Preschool and Childcare Center in Wellington is closed.
Other -
The Blackburn American Legion activities on Thursday have been cancelled.
Chariton County Sheltered Workshop will be closed Thursday.
The Lafayette County Republicans meeting scheduled for Thursday has been postponed. A new date for the presenter on gun issues has not yet been set.
The Lafayette County Advisory Board will be closed on Thursday.
The Linn County Courthouse will close at noon.
The Future of I-70 Mobile Meeting scheduled for 8 to 10 a.m. Thursday, February 21 at the Kansas City VA Medical Center at 4801 Linwood Boulevard, Kansas City, has been cancelled. Platte County administrative offices and the Platte County Courthouse is closed.
The North Missouri Weather Outlook and Forage meeting scheduled for Thursday Feb. 21 has been cancelled. The Weather Outlook portion of the meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday, March 13 at the Clasbey Center in Savannah beginning at 10:45 am.
The Senior Dance at the Saline County Fairgrounds has been cancelled.
Warrensburg License Bureau is closed Thursday.
The Johnson County Cattlemen’s Association meeting in Warrensburg has been cancelled. It will be rescheduled at a later date.
Sports:
All activities at Marshall High School, including girls and boys basketball, have been postponed until further notice.
The Richmond School District has postponed basketball games to Friday.
The Class 1, District 12 Basketball Tournament in Norborne is likely going to continue on Friday with both the boys and girls games.
The Class 1, District 13 Basketball Tournament is moving the semi-finals that were scheduled for Thursday evening to Wednesday. Click here to view game times.

Richmond Masonic Lodge Fish Fry for Friday has been cancelled.

The Concordia FFA breakfast scheduled for Friday has been moved to Friday, March 1st.
