Traffic Stop Ends in Arrest

Highway Patrol troopers in Clark County arrested two Sedalia residents following a traffic stop Sunday night.  Jesus Ubaldo, 19, is facing charges of driving while intoxicated, no valid license, exceeding the posted speed limit by more than 25 miles per hour, and no seat belt.  His passenger, Santiago Cano Ignacio, 28, is accused of failing to stop a person under the age of 21 from drinking and no seat belt.  Both men were placed on a 24-hour hold in the Clark County Jail.
