Traffic Stop Ends With Dawn Man Arrested

A Dawn resident was arrested by Highway Patrol troopers in Livingston County early Saturday morning.  Briar Stauffer, 21, was taken into custody on multiple Sullivan County warrants including failing to register a motor vehicle, no seat belt and insurance, attempting to purchase liquor by a minor, and supplying alcohol to a subject under 21 years of age.  He was booked into the Grundy County Law Enforcement Center.
