Trial Scheduled in Carroll Co. Case After Numerous Delays

A jury trial has been scheduled for a Carrollton resident.  Ben Gibson, 48, is facing a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon.  The pre-trial conference for Gibson is scheduled for April 26th and his two day trial will be held on May 20th and 21st.
