Ray County

Dennis J. Matthews,26,  will be the subject of a pre-emptory docket hearing. According to online court documents, he is facing 3 counts of alleged Child Abuse, 1 count of Child Abuse Resulting in Death and 4 counts of 1st Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The hearing will take place at 8:30 a.m. in the Ray County Circuit Court.

Rebecca A. Matthews will be the subject of a pre-emptory docket hearing. According to online court records, she is facing 1 count of alleged Child Abuse Resulting in Death, 2 counts of Child Abuse, and 7 counts of 1st Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Jennifer Hency, 30, of Richmond is the subject of a pre-emptory docket hearing this morning in Ray County. She is charged with alleged Production or Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Distribute, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia and 2 counts of 2nd Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Court proceedings will get underway at 8:30 a.m.

Anthony Ryan Mullin, 24, of Richmond will be the subject of an 8:30 a.m. pre-emptory docket hearing. Mullin is charged with 2 counts of alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance.  The hearing will take place in the Ray County Circuit Court.

Traivs James Brower, 19, of Richmond is the subject of a pre-emptory docket hearing scheduled for this morning in Ray County. Brower is charged with alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance, 2 counts of 2nd Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia.

Livingston County

Joshua Gene Holtzclaw, 27, of Chillicothe will appear before a judge for an arraignment hearing this morning. He is charged with alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Distribute. The hearing will begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Livingston County Circuit Court.

Michael Alan Holtzclaw, 29, of Excelsior Springs is facing one charge of alleged Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Distribute. Holztclaw’s arraignment hearing will take place at 12:00 p.m. in the courthouse in Chillicothe.
