Two Arrested for Drug Paraphernalia in Marshall
Following a traffic stop in Marshall Monday morning, two Kansas City men now face drug charges.
According to the probable cause statement; alcohol as well as a small amount of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were discovered in the suspect’s vehicle just before 3 a.m.
19-year-old Henry S. Burns and 18-year-old Gage C. Wright are both charged with unlawful use of drug paraphernalia.
Henry S .Burns is also charged with defective equipment and minor in possession of alcohol.
Both men were incarcerated in the Saline County Jail pending the filing of formal charges.
