Two Cases Top Afternoon Docket

Attorneys for Carrollton man charged with murder will meet Monday.  Mark Rhodes, 47, is charged with one count each of first-degree murder and armed criminal action. He’s accused of strangling Tina Rhodes, 40, in 2010.  Legals teams will meet at 1 p.m. Rhodes is scheduled to go on trial on Nov. 4.

In Pettis County, Steve Dohrman, 43, will appear for a hearing at 1:30 p.m.  Dohrman is charged with 52 counts of felony theft/stealing.  According to court records, the alleged thefts occurred between January 2010 and February 2012.
