Two Deer and Motorcycle Accidents

Two accidents involving deer and motorcycles happened Saturday night around an hour apart from each other. The Highway Patrol reports the first one was around nine when 48-year-old Paul Rannabargar was riding west on Highway 6 in Dekalb county when he either struck or swerved to miss a deer. The Maysville man was moderately injured and taken to the Cameron Regional Medical Center.

The next reported accident happened at about 10 in Johnson county. 22-year-old Henry Crockett of Warrensburg was heading north on Highway 23 just north of 200 Road. Crocket hit the deer and was ejected. He was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center with minor injuries.
