Two persons hospitalized after wreck in northeast Missouri

EDINA, MO – Drivers injured in a two vehicle accident Wednesday morning near Edina were not wearing safety devices according to Highway Patrol.

A crash report indicates the two passenger vehicles were west of Edina on Highway 6. One driver, James Browning, 76, of Edina slowed to make a left turn. The vehicle was struck from behind by a Labelle resident, Darrell Shepard, 32. They were both sent to Northeast Regional for treatment of moderate and minor injuries, respectively.
