Two separate cases will be heard in Livingston County Tuesday morning. Both individuals are scheduled to be arraigned on their charges.
Jennifer Graves, 34, of Chula, was arrested in May after she allegedly became violent at the school.
According to a report from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office Graves was taken into custody on charges of assault on school property, trespassing, property damage, assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest, and possession of a controlled substance. School officials said Graves began yelling at one of the employees and attempted to strike the principal in the face. She also allegedly threatened to kill people, including a responding deputy.
Graves is now facing just one charge of assault on school property.
The second arraignment will be for Justin Winfrey, 26, of Chillicothe. He is one of three people arrested in June after the report of a theft in the 1000 block of Graves Street in Chillicothe.
Winfrey was arrested by Chillicothe Police a short distance from the retailer. He is charged with one count of felony theft.
Police officers said Winfrey worked with two other suspects over a short period of time to steal a number of objects then attempted to return some of the stolen items.
Both Graves and Winfrey will appear in court at 9 a.m.
