Two Warrants and Additional Charges for Moberly Man

A Moberly man was arrested Saturday by local police. According to that report Nicholas G. Fainter,28, was wanted on two separate warrants. The first was for a Probation Violation on the original charge of Distribution/Manufacture or Attempt to Produce a Controlled Substance and the second warrant was for the original charge Keeping or Maintaining Public Nuisance and Possession of Marijuana. During his arrest Fainter was also charged with Distribution or Attempt to Produce a Controlled Substance. Fainter was unable to pay out the combined bonds of $70,500 and is incarcerated in the Randolph Co Justice Center.
