Venue Change for Arson Case

A Carrollton resident appeared in a Carroll County courtroom Monday afternoon.  Tiffany Chilton, 24, was charged with arson after an August fire that destroyed the Vikings Club on South Mason Street.  The judge granted a change of venue moving the case to Ray County.  Chilton will next appear for a hearing on April 3rd at 10:30 a.m.
