Warrant Issued for Carrollton Resident

A Ray County Judge issued a warrant this week for a Carrollton resident.  Robbie Action, 32, has been charged with attempted escape or attempted escape from confinement by striking a person and damage to jail property.  His bond is set at $5,000.
