Warrant leads to additional charges in Daviess County

DAVIESS COUNTY, Mo. – When the Missouri Highway Patrol arrested a driver for a Caldwell County warrant, they added a couple charges of their arrest 2own.

According to the arrest report from the highway patrol, Dustin J. Guzan, 23, of Kansas City Kansas was stopped in Daviess County just before 11pm Friday night. When it was determined he was wanted in Caldwell County for failing to appear for making a false declaration, he was taken into custody. During his arrest, Guzan was alleged to have been in misdemeanor possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Guzan was being held until he could post bond on the warrant.
