Creative talents will be on display in Warrensburg this Saturday, December 1st.  Jo Henning with the “Dickens Christmas Living Window” committee says there’s a wide variety of activities scheduled for the downtown district.

Artists will be “working in the windows, live doing their craft and they will have their things for sale” she says. “I think we have about 26 businesses involved with having artists in the windows, there will be musicians in some of the shops and in the restaurants and we will have carolers on the streets plus we’re going to have horse drawn wagon rides.”

The live window displays will be available from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.  Toward the end of the afternoon there will be a tree lighting ceremony.  Children will decorate the trees with ornaments they created themselves.
