Wednesday Proceedings for Lexington Resident

A pre-trial conference is scheduled for a Lexington man Wednesday afternoon.  Marty Miller, 50, is facing a charge of financial exploitation of an elderly or disabled person stemming from an alleged incident in 2010.  Proceedings for Miller will get underway at 3:00 p.m.  His case is scheduled to go before a jury in late April.
